My order is processing – What does this mean?

When an order status states processing this means CBD Natural have taken safe receipt of your payment and your order is being prepared for dispatch.

How long will it take to process / dispatch my order?

Orders take 1 – 3 working days to process although on some occasions this may be extended by a few working days.

In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock or delayed CBD Natural will notify you in writing.

My order is complete what does this mean?

When CBD Natural update your order status to complete it means your order has been shipped you would have received a dispatch note to the email address given at the time of ordering. This will include your tracking number so you can track your parcel from our door to yours. If you did not receive an email with this information please check your filter boxes.

I did not receive confirmation of my order

On safe receipt of your payment your order will automatically update to processing and an order confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided. If you have not received an email please check your filter boxes.

I want to cancel my order

If you want to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.

As long as your order has not been processed / dispatched you will be able to cancel and we will arrange a refund to your original payment method

If your order has been processed and shipped you will need to return it to us unopened.
On safe receipt of your unopened return parcel we will refund your original payment method, please note the shipping cost to return an item or items is your responsibility and the products must be fully intact.

Can I change or amend my order?

When placing an order on our site please make sure that the products you have selected are correct as we are unable to change or edit an order once it has been made.

I want to buy cbd oil by bank transfer

We accept payments by bank transfer. Please make your order and select method of payment – Bank Transfer. Once you have placed your order the payment information will appear on your screen. How do I track my order?

All our orders are shipped with tracking information (unless otherwise specified) so you can track your order from our doors to yours. We use Correos postal service or MRW courier service. You will find information on how to track your order with your order dispatched email.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK and all countries throughout Europe.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your countries postal system orders within Europe usually take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive.

Please note that although some countries do not support international tracking updates. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 28 working days please contact us and we will open an investigation with the postal service who will be able to determine the exact location of your package.

If your order has been shipped via courier we expect 3-4 working days for delivery to most locations in Europe.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return an item?

Before returning any items from your order please contact the team at the following email address including your order number, name and details of the product that you want to return and why:

Please return any unwanted items unopened and in the original sealed packaging. If the packaging or seal has been tampered with we will not be able to refund your original payment method.

My order arrived damaged

CBD Natural take great care in sending all their CBD products. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged by the postal service you must contact us immediately at the email address quoted below.
